Graduates sign a contract with us for 1 year and we will commit to teaching you how to operate your own business. You'll even make competitive industry wages in the process.
In approximately 11 weeks (35,000 miles) you will be running team miles being paid competitive industry wages.
The options for you when you graduate from the Wil-Trans Apprentice Program are to become either a company driver or to be a lease operator.
In 6 months you can own your own business, and have the backing of a company where "the owner operators call home."

Go from drivers license to CDL to apprentice to owning your company in approximately 6.5 months/100,000 miles bringing home from $35,000 to $51.000 1st year and $40,000 to $67,000 2nd year.
