Announcing Wil-Trans Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT) Program
If you have your CDL and have less than 2 years experience and meet the ELDT program requirements, we will send you through Wil-Trans orientation in Strafford, MO, providing both housing and food. After orientation we will place you in a truck with a Wil-Trans certified mentor to evaluate and facilitate the process to build on your current skills and knowledge level and the Wil-Trans business model. Complete the upgrade evaluation and graduate with confidence and the foundation for understanding this industry that will prepare you to deal with today's marketplace. At the same time, we will pay you industry-competitive wages!
The option at completion of the OTR phase is either to become a company driver or to lease as an independent contractor. If you maintain our standards Wil-Trans has the perfect platform to make a driver’s dream come true . . . to become an owner operator.
